Questions we get asked.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial, with success criteria and a decision date agreed up front, so both sides know what the trial has to show.
How is it billed?
Monthly, by card or invoice, and you can cancel at the end of any month. Pay a year in advance and you get 2 months for free. Users beyond the included ones are added per user per month – ask us for the rate. Prices exclude VAT.
What counts as a user?
Someone who works with Max directly – chat, planning, evaluations. Everyone whose documents and signals flow into the platform is not a user, so connecting the organization does not cost seats.
What is a maturity model, and can we bring our own?
The model is what Max scores the work against. Every plan includes one: Scale Maturity Model (GROW) for innovation, Scale Maturity Model (OPS) for transformation, your own framework, or a model Max builds from your existing playbooks. Additional models, and installing your own, are priced separately.
Is AI usage included?
Yes. Every plan includes enough AI usage for the work people actually do with Max – conversations, evaluations, starting projects from files. Usage well beyond that will be priced per a price list we publish in Q1 2027, and nothing is charged before you have seen it.
Is our data safe?
Your data is hosted and AI-processed in the EU, never used to train AI models, and handled under an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified information security management system. Read more on security
