You own a problem end to end, from the customer conversation to the shipped change. Nobody hands you a ticket.

We build with AI agents

We work the way we expect our customers to: AI agents do a large share of the work, and people set the direction, build the harness the AI agents run in, and check the evidence.

Helsinki, remote-friendly

The home base is Helsinki. Most days are wherever you do your best work.

Craft over titles

Every euro goes into the product, so there is no layer between you and the work. We take the craft seriously and titles lightly.
